SASSA Will Take Solutions to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services into the community.

SASSA will be rendering companies including new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency mentioned it really is alarmed in regards to the higher range of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The intention from the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your superior quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA read more services.

“This is due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no fully functional office dedicated to service the area on a regular basis. The assistance issue created for intervention experiences a higher influx of possible beneficiaries, which makes it tricky for the office to attend to all people who pay a visit to a service point.
